Telephonic Underwriting Assessments
Insurers jobs are tough enough without having to wait a week or more for applicant data. Throughout the last two years telephone health assessments have been completed and back on our customers' desks in an average of 1.3 days. A highly trained Registered Nurse or telephone examiner administers them. These interviews can be as basic or as thorough as your underwriting requires.

Face to Face Assessments
As convenient as telephonic assessments may be, there are times when a face-to-face, on-site assessment is required. For such instances, we dispatch one of our Registered Nurses from our nationwide NCL CareLink Network. In addition to blood pressure, weight and height, we gather extensive information on the applicants' health history. Results are sent to you within one business day after completion of the assessment.

Cognitive Screening - MCAS
The Minnesota Cognitive Acuity Screen (MCAS), designed by leading scientists and physicians for Nation's CareLink, is revolutionary in detecting early symptoms of dementia, including Alzheimer's Disease. The MCAS can be administered either telephonically or face-to-face. It is the only test of its kind validated for telephone use, with an accuracy rate of 98.1%.
